To provide the safest transit conditions for live plants, we only ship on:

  • Monday
  • Tuesday

This schedule helps prevent weekend delays and ensures your plantsspend the least amount of time in transit.

  • UPS 2-Day
  • UPS Next Day Air (Overnight)
  • FedEx Priority Overnight


📦 Carrier Delays, Damage, or Lost Packages

  • Once a package has been handed over to UPS or FedEx, we are no longer responsible for carrier delays, damage, or lost packages. All risks associated with transit—including mishandling, unforeseen delays, or misrouting—become the responsibility of the carrier.
  • If your package is lost, delayed, or arrives damaged due to carrier handling, please file a claim directly with the carrier using your tracking number.
  • We are always happy to provide documentation or assist withguidance during the claim process.
